The white coat doesn't make them smarter than you. Remember that. Tell that doc to go pound sand.

She is not your mom.

If she doesn't like alternatives, and you do, then she's not for you. She's in for the pharma $$.

Tell her you'll be getting a second opinion about the vax.

if she has a hissy fit.... get another doctor.
