I have heard ivermection sells for two cents in the third world where it is commonly given away.

Just for the heck of it and out of curiosity I googled “what happens if a human takes animal Ivermectin”. One article said to contact poison control. All of the others said that “Ivermectin is not approved for use against COVID”. We know it can be used because so many are using it without any bad reactions. Can’t have something cheap that works. Nope, not allowed.
