Given the points in the article:
- Prior involvement with Irving PD and CPS,
- Her living alone with the children,
- The allegations of abuse,
- Her stated intention to protect the children even, if necessary, by “eliminating them,” and
- That calm “What are you going to do about it now, MF?” expression on her face in the booking photo,
This story reeks of a really, really, really vindictive mother getting back at the father.
Even if the abuse allegation is true, that cannot justify the act of child murder.
She knows this and she knows Texas has and will execute women. The trial will be used as her forum to attack and destroy the ‘abuser” (presumably the girls’ father).
Then the long wait for the needle.

In any truly civilized country this woman would have been charged with murder, tried, convicted, sentenced to death, and publicly hanged within a week of her apprehension.
