Kubuntu was buggy for several years but they finally got it down pat. Then again, it might have been Plasma that was buggy but they got it fixed. I love the full screen menu. If you right click on the menu icon, there’s an option to choose alternative. Application Dashboard is the name of the full screen version. Kubuntu 20.04 has been very smooth and fast for me.

I just can't live without KDE :P Mate/Cinnamon.. just couldn't adapt >.< So far, so good with Kubuntu. I also remember when it was buggy as heck (never did have any issues with Mint... until they deserted us).
