Ya ... nowhere near what Dr. Mills and Brilliant Light Power are getting though, and, thoughts are *they* (the CF/LANR/LENR folks) may be inducing Hydrogen -> Hydrino reactions, and don’t even know it ... (they don’t test for it)

See, Dr. Mills worked extensively with catalytic techniques and nickel as a base metal in his early lab work, and saw similar results, but THESE EARLY DEVICES WOULD NOT EASILY SCALE UP TO “UTILITY SCALE” DEVICES ECONOMICALLY!

That’s the kicker, can you economically scale it up ...

You don’t have to scale it up. You just need to install about 50 of them to power a computer, a television and a desk lamp.

If Mills generates the breakthrough, then fantastic. I find his meanderings difficult to follow.

2 of my better-educated friends looked into his work.

One of them was Dr. pHIL Payne, who wrote a report titled “OH Radical” appearing on BLP’s list of publications.

Another is a chief Architect at a silicon design engineering firm here in silicon valley. He was in Harvard’s Physics PhD program until he stopped work to go into industry when his wife got pregnant. He said that the Hydrino / GUTCP theory lined up better with current physics unknowns than any previous theory he had encountered. When I kept pressing him to look into this deeper, he said something like, “that’s YOUR hobby, not mine”. He knows a career killer when he sees one.
