Everyone getting the shot is given a QR code to report symptoms, DAILY. At the end of the V-safe questions everyone is encouraged to report to VAERS as well.

Thank you, ransomnote, for posting this. I can see a couple people are determined to dance among the dead canaries at the bottom of the mine shaft. But for a number of wiser individuals, this provides a perspective that some in big-business and big-government would rather we not have.
