A10s are only good in the day time. For more serious night ops it is recommended to use AC-130J Ghost Riders: you can run, but you cannot hide
Here's an older AC-130 model administering a sort of flying quietus (11 minutes) at night to maybe 100 fighters and 4 or 5 tanks. Watch as they look all around to see who is firing at them, then go flying.

The banks and the Congressmen and Presidents they own will never be allowed to fly an A-10 against a cartel.
The cartels are protected by large banks and the political donations they make.
