That’s one way to do it for sure. Problem is I keep hearing that there are lots of really good personnel in those agencies. We know they are loaded with criminals and that has to be fixed.Penalties should be harsh since its the country's and in some cases the worlds intel. But what if there are some good guys there as well. It's gonna be a tough job for whomever is picked to do it when Trump returns.

Those “good guys” would be ostracizing the “bad guys” into either quitting or stopping the BS.
