And many people beleive they witnessed Bigfoot or mothman or the abominable snowman

People with an ounce of objectivity be,even they witnessed a man with 2 serious heart conditions die of a drug overdose after becoming violent, while waiting for the ambulance to get there

Trial scene, A Man For All Seasons, Paul Scofield as Thomas More...

Where we’re headed...Rule of Law is such a fragile thing...Without a majority “buy in” and a common desire to make it work, it withers away...

Wait and watch the goings on in Minnesota...

Also show that Floyd was going to sell the drugs to wreck other people’s lives.

The state’s own ME admitted there was no bruising anywhere on the torso and no trauma to the deceased’s neck, throat or airway and no signs of asphyxia. Floyd died of heart failure, not strangulation.

What caused the heart failure? Enough fentanyl to kill a small horse - quite literally - potentiated by a nearly fatal level of morphine which was too much for Floyd’s diseased heart to withstand.

Clinically speaking, there isn’t much controversy about what killed Floyd. If this were a body from an unwitnessed death that they picked up in a home or hotel room, once the tox-screen and post-mortem were completed, any ME in the country would sign the death certificate as ‘accidental overdose,’ presuming there was no clear indication of intentional suicide.

There is not a hell of a lot they can do. They are up against a lynch mob of media and public opinion generated by the media that says he is guilty regardless. These are the enemy. It is a kangaroo court with a kangaroo jury. That is what this trial is going to turn on. Not evidence presented or not presented. This trial is political, not legal. But that is the condition our Country has been allowed to degenerate into by wicked leaders and stupid[Democrat] voters.

Man invaded a woman’s home and attacked her and they go after comedians and politicians and actors for “rude” and suggestive remarks.

>>He should have moved to dismiss right after the first juror was released because they were afraid of mob action.

Justice Roberts used this excuse in rejecting SC hearings of the 2020 vote crimes.

True enough. But the death was witnessed, and the ME did say that "restraint" was a contributing factor. Whether he regularly took that killer cocktail of drugs and survived is not known, and people's tolerance varies widely.

I wish I knew what is the right or wrong here.

"the ME did say that "restraint" was a contributing factor."

Yes, he did say that. But - and I'm sure the defense will point this out on cross - he offers no physical evidence in his own post-mortem to support that conclusion.

It's a very strange autopsy report in that regard. It's like saying, 'I found no wounds of any kind, but there was a bloody knife found at the scene and therefor I conclude the knife was a contributing factor.' FWIW, the video looks horrible to me too. But, I watched it with my wife who's was a big city ER doc for close to 30-years. She says the toxicology report speaks for itself. He had CLEARLY fatal levels of opioids/opioid derivatives in his body. No one has enough 'tolerance' to survive that level of fentanyl in their system.

If he had admitted (in time) he had just ingested a bunch of pills which would have then indicated to cops that he needed Narcan, he wouldn't be dead today.

That's the thing: he did say he was having trouble breathing prior to the restraint. One side says that proves he was crying "wolf" and was not to be taken seriously; the other side says that should have warned the officer to be very, very careful.

Again, I am glad I am not on the jury.

First, he is black and it seems any black that sees a cop doing something to another black is seen in the worst possible light.

Second, that he “believes” he was witnessing a murder is not fact, only his perception.

Facts never matter.
It’s always about their perception, or feelings, or ‘instincts’.

This is the post-American world we live in.

Prepare for riots. Again.

Then they can follow it up with the body cam footage of Floyd swallowing pills. Either way. there is no way Chauvin gets a fair trial.

Every single cop in the USA should quit. I just don’t care what happens to those “chocolate” cities. They created their ghettos, let them stay. When your community idols and martyrs are drug dealing violent felons there is no hope.

We're not going to have anyone left to arrest criminals if the criminals can evade being arrested simply by telling cops, "I can't breathe."

He had an opportunity to sit upright in the squad car. He refused, violently. He then demanded that they put him on the ground. So, they did.

Should they have just left a clearly intoxicated man in the driver seat of a running car and issued him an appearance ticket to show up at his leisure?

Chauvin missed his 12-24 hour window in which he had to recognize what was happening and to vanish.
He should have grabbed his bug out kit, put his cellphone on the trailer of an eastbound semi truck, then fled the opposite direction.

Every cop today needs a change of identity bug-out kit. A fake birth cert, license, passport and credit card in that new name. Go to the Mexican side of town and buy it and store it away. Cash and bitcoin.

He should be having a beer with Snowden, or somewhere so far south in South America they are speaking German.

Better to try a new life than to be a political prisoner for several decades if not life.

"Minneapolis deserves to be burnt to the ground."

It will be burned to the ground no matter what the outcome. They don't need a reason to riot, loot, and destroy. And I hope it's burned beyond recognition.

What was the perjured testimony and normally inadmissible testimony?

No. But he should not have used his leg for so long when Floyd was on his stomach on the ground in cuffs, with other officers at the ready.

And I'll bet Chauvin wishes to heck he hadn't.
