It's more racist of you to *assume* that the person who had said that was referring to Black women when he used the phrase "Ghetto beasts". Could have been any woman (or man), of any color, living in a ghetto community who mooches off or manipulates taxpayer-funded public assistance programs. Obviously, there are far more people receiving public assistance in ghetto communities than elsewhere. However, is there evidence that this particular woman was doing that?
