Here’s some quotes from the HHS Guide to Interpreting Data in VAERS:
“When evaluating data from VAERS, it is important to note that for any reported event, no cause-and-effect relationship has been established.”
“VAERS collects data on any adverse event following vaccination, be it coincidental or truly caused by a vaccine. The report of an adverse event to VAERS is not documentation that a vaccine caused the event.”
“VAERS reports can be submitted voluntarily by anyone, including healthcare providers, patients, or family members. Reports vary in quality and completeness. They often lack details and sometimes can have information that contains errors.”
“A report to VAERS generally does not prove that the identified vaccine(s) caused the adverse event described.”
“No proof that the event was caused by the vaccine is required in order for VAERS to accept the report.”
Two weeks after getting my 2nd Moderna shot, I came down with about a half hour fit of sneezing. My wife tried to convince me that it happened because I was down in the cellar cleaning, stirring up and breathing in lots of accumulated dust.
Since my final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine was taken a mere two weeks before the sneezing fit I blamed that vaccination and not the dust.
I responsibly reported it to VAERS as an adverse reaction to the vaccine.
In the grander scheme of things - that’s 500,000 (multiplying by 10 across the board) reactions over 90 million users or half of a percent chance of a reaction - compared to a 2-3% death rate from the virus itself.
That doesn’t mean I’m going to run out and take it and will go with the J&J one if forced.
Frankly I’m more concerned with the potential long term affects.
Right on time.
Do you work for government agency or a Pharma company??
J&J baby killer vaccine
Do you have some issue with posting the HHS guidance on interpreting VAERS data?
I mean, you wouldn’t want anyone to be misled into thinking that VAERS reports mean the vaccine caused the event, would you? That would be very dishonest.
VAERS should not and is not ignored. It has a very specific use, which is not for the general public to make assumptions about which vaccine is more or less safe based on VAERS reports.
I choose to follow President Trump’s recommendations, backed by the scientific research demonstrating that the vaccines available in the United States are both safe and effective. I choose President Trump’s vaccines. If you make a different choice, that’s completely fine. But he’s done good work for us and I celebrate his work.
And again you avoided answering who you are working for and why you were sent here to promote vacccines.
Who do you work for??
Grampa is 98 with a history of heart conditions and dies of a heart attack a week and a half after testing postive for Sars 2 RNA. It is counted as a covid death.
Either way you’re playing roulette. The choice should be individual and not coerced by vaccine “passports” no matter what you call them. Nor should the world be held in rolling house arrest.
If that’s the case, then why are deaths from heart attacks at normal levels?
If they’re all being counted as COVID-19 deaths, then deaths from heart attacks should be way down. But they aren’t. Why?
VAERS is an open source database completely open to the public. It’s practically useless as a data source.
If you were down in the cellar stirring up dust and Fungus it probably was cellar ops and not the vaccine.
The mortality rate is ~.026 %. The case fatality rate varies between 1 and 4 % with the rate skewed heavily toward those over 59. https://www.news-medical.net/news/20210307/Study-analyzes-COVID-fatality-rate-using-age-and-GDP-as-proxies-for-the-quality-and-abundance-of-healthcare.aspx
I know... I know...
My only side effect has been very pleasant.....my allergies are gone!!!!
This time of year I usually sound tubercular. Tjis year after the Pfizer vaccine no allergies....lungs clear. No stuffiness

There’s two resources right there. The problem with the general public looking at VAERS is that you aren’t even getting half the story. What the public is seeing in VAERS are simply reports that adverse events took place at some point after a vaccination was given. The investigations that are done after adverse events (such as death) don’t ever update the information in VAERS. So if there are 1,900 reports of death, there’s nothing saying “by the way, all 1,900 were fully investigated and determined to be from natural causes, and this rate is fully in line with expectations and normal rates given the ages of the individuals provided this vaccine”.
If grandma is 102 with a history of heart problems and has a heart attack two weeks after getting a Pfizer vaccine, there’s nothing to tell you that she was 102, had a history of heart problems, and had doctors, nurses, and a medical examiner all in agreement that this was a death from natural causes fully consistent with the patient’s medical history with no sign of any vaccine related problems. So there’s no context to any of the data.
If you want the investigation and the context, you have to look at the published research.
