assume you meant 10000 iu of D3 or 50mg of zinc.
10000mg of zinc is 200x too much.

Just a reminder that the Dr. on Med Cram stated that 50mg is too high a dose for long term. The article that I posted up thread has a chart that gives the upper limit dose according to age. Linky below:
