What form of dairy allergy?
(Not to pry, but some people are helped by lactose-free milk, which is missing a milk sugar some cannot digest; others are helped by A2 milk, which originated in Europe and has different milk proteins.)

It does a number on my sinuses, so it’s not a digestion issue.

Love A2 milk It is actually missing the A1 protein which was a genetic mutation a long time ago.
