He’s doing his part, but some cities still create their own rules, including many retail and food outlets...tin horn DIC-taters!
It is but businesses are still full communist in requiring masks. Just returned from Walmart, which in the past was able to enter without a mask. Now they have this big blue banner saying mask required and if you don’t have one they will provide one. Turned around and left. I live in Florida.

Arizona is also maskless and freeborn but businesses are mask Nazi.
