Yep, the proverbial pin-drop quite forest. Something is out there, that not even a mouse makes a peep.
As I listen to this memories come back to what we here in Western New York did in 05-06 and continue today. They and many others are talking about finally getting involved in the political system. Running for local office, school board, town council, county seats is exactly what we started in 06.
To defeat these people the key we found was to run in the primaries. Change party affiliation if you have too. Gerrymandered districts are the peoples enemy for both partys. We trained people how to run, how to properly format petitions and what to do to protect your petitions from being disqualified by corrupt boards of elections.
The whole political process is a corrupt mess. In most areas people blindly vote their Party lines. They agree the corruption is bad but “My guy is good”... NO, your guy IS part of the problem because your guy allows the crap from continuing.
We started Primary Challenge and a tax revolt, we scared the crap out of politicians. We got thousands involved but not enough did. I have been political enemy #1 since 06 and still can easily stir the pot. Thousands of people follow me and many more thousands know me. I am amazed traveling in Western New York and people know me. Funny stuff but also can be dangerous.
