“test the system by sending a large balloon 12 miles above the Swedish town of Kiruna and have it drop 2kg of chalk dust “

That is NOT testing the system. That is a one-time action. What they want to do is permanent. Flying 100 planes all the time which would constantly dump dust. It would not end.

There is no way to test the system. You either do it for real, or you don’t. Like the vaccine, nobody knows what will happen, but you have a few billion people scared to death of “global warming” who will surely think this is a good idea.

This super rich man is an insane monomaniacal despot who wants to control and change the world.

If you cut down on the sunlight reaching the surface of Earth, you cut down crop production, and cool the planet, meaning harsher winters and millions of deaths.

Don’t mess with nature’s cycles. Go back to trying to make Windows work right. You almost have it with 10. Keep trying. You’ll get it right one day.

“Flying 100 planes all the time which would constantly dump dust.”

Bill - we’re going to need a bigger plane.

If he is only talking 100 planes I don’t think we have much to worry about. Even if it goes on “forever” that dust won’t stay in the air forever. (Maybe if they get it WAY up there it will???)

Mount Saint Helens emitted about 540 million tons of ash into the air. It was bad to be downwind, but I don’t think there was any change in the climate.

I see where a 747 cargo plane can carry 125 tons of stuff. That would be over 4.3 million flights!
