This video from the middle of last year (and reposted recently) reminds us that the heavy lifting was accomplished early in Trump's first term. In 2017, Trump went around the world with the "everything" in "We have everything". World leaders -- without exception -- submitted to him and the USA. This includes Saudi Arabia, Israel, Britain, Brussels (EU and Nato), Russia, China, India, and the Vatican. All were willing to give up their power to Trump's will rather than have the truth revealed about the evil they have committed.
Everything since then has just been cleaning up the loose ends.
