Would that happen? Maybe, maybe not. Important thing is, it CAN happen. Prohibition was also a Constitutional Amendment, which was intended to be there forever. Everyone said it would never be repealed. Yet, it was.
Totally with you on Pres. Trump returning to serve his 2nd term, though. No doubt or hesitation in my mind at all. Country desperately needs him. He's not like any other President in history. He's even edging out Pres. Reagan as my personal favorite. :-)
