Gotta majorly disagree. Women who regularly train with weights are much less likely to develop ‘floppy upper arm skin’ syndrome later on in life, which looks 100x worse than toned muscles do. Shoot, some friends my age, and even younger, already won’t even let themselves be seen in sleeveless tops any longer because of that - in the FL heat, no less.

I’ve always had to be strong for my work, and it doesn’t hurt that I’m also in good shape for doing the pole saw tree trimming, house painting and other sundry yard work and stuff that needs doing around here.

I’ll keep on keepin’ on with my dumbbell buddies, I think. ;)
