I had shingles. Lasted very short time, tiny bumps that itched. I went to doc after a few days and she was amazed how quickly I got over them.
I made an anti-viral herb forumla as soon as I realized what it was (maybe 2 days into it?) and sprayed a diluted essential oil blend that is specific - lemon balm and something else, I’d have to look in my notebook.

Sounds a lot like a heat rash, lj. A stand in for my doctor made the same mistake once with me. Shingles is accompanied by excruciating pain - because the Herpes Zoster virus is embedded in the myelin sheath of the nerve fibers. I don't think I have ever encountered a mild case of shingles.
In my case I knew the Dr was wrong because I know that I am immune to the Herpes Zoster virus.
