Not true. Many of us have religious exemptions. And very healthy families, by the way.

Oh, and by the way ... under Federal law, the producers of these “vaccines” are shielded from civil liability in the event any of them result in injury or death.

Yeah, that sounds like a recipe for success and safety.

I’m not a lawyer but I’ve dealt with issues similar to this in a corporate management capacity. The legal rights and obligations of an employer typically relate to WORKPLACE SAFETY first and foremost, not PERSONAL HEALTH.

If the benefit of taking vitamins is that you are more healthy than if you don’t, then that wouldn’t be legal. If the employer imposes measures aimed at protecting customers and other employees and/or protecting you from an injury or illness that you get while working at your place of employment, then the employer has far more latitude.

How does an enterprising person start a business in an environment where local, state, and federal governments can declare your business non-essential, limit your capacity, and lock you down while simultaneously allowing Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Walmart, etc. to operate as normal?

“Is the federal government going to make vaccinations mandatory?”

In a lot of ways, the government forcing the actions or providing the alternatives to do something is a way of life, already. The voters have been subjected to fail safes for hundreds of years. Many most don’t even realize.

Some of the basic functions of life are controlled or required and most of them are just contracts. Birth certificates, marriage licenses, driver licenses, gun ownership background checks, insurances (or bond) are all examples of public requirements to obtain many of your goals.

Why do we need two forms of identification with a picture. And why are certain types not accepted even though they have a picture?

Why do I need a pass word to do things on the internet if they are going to hack me anyway if they want. The internet service can’t stop them and they crack protection companies all the time.

Why do I need a license to use a ham or cd radio. If it’s mobile, Charlie couldn’t find me anyway.

The best example I think is drivers’ licenses. In 1886, German inventor Karl Benz patented what is generally regarded as the first modern car. Less than two decades later, in 1903, Massachusetts and Missouri became the first states to require a driver’s license, although it wasn’t necessary to pass a test to obtain one. And people have been riding and driving horse drawn since the roman chariots and before didn’t need one. (They weren’t insured either)

There’s hundreds of things I could put here that people don’t even realize. In the state of Washington, many companies require you to get a drug test before hiring you. Some that don’t have any real need.

It really is a matter of acceptance. If an action is not challenged, then it continues. Happens all the time and it is generally based upon the need of one cog in the machine anywhere in the country. You’ll find hundreds of laws like them in this country scattered in all 50 states. And they are all considered legal where they are, whether they are or not. Just advantages.

I am NOT saying the Covid vaccine is the “Mark of the Beast”, however it is very possible that the coming “Mark” will be some type of vaccination “Mark”

Vaccination = 666 in English Gematria

That’s a one sided argument. In a truly free society the corporation would also be liable if someone got Covid while visiting their establishment. Now you have the essential problem with lawfare. Only the lawyers win.

If you wanted to take about caps on damages and loser pay now we are getting somewhere with freedom and reform.

And you have the right to your opinion. No matter how wrong it is. Again, have you executed documents saying will not be transported to the nearest hospital in the event of your incapacitation? Are you saying that you will never go to a physician? Your choice. It’s fine by me and all my colleagues. But the real question is are you a hypocrite. You have pained with a very broad brush. Often said broad brushes are indicative or a poorly thought out or little thought out position.

The difference between social security numbers, licensing, etc. and vaccinations is that the Government is now saying they now “own” our body. Yes, there have been pilots of this in the past, however we are in new territory when experimental vaccines derived from aborted fetal cells and gene therapy technology are forced on us...

Covid was the proximal cause of his death. Had he not contracted Covid he would be alive today and still undergoing treatment. It is medical science that Covid caused his death. A trauma that had Covid is probably not legit. This absolutely is a Covid death. Comorbidities make the virus more dangerous to the individual. I am sorry you do not understand this. It’s also the reason that I suggest the true death numbers are around 350,000 or so.

In a truly free society the corporation would also be liable if someone got Covid while visiting their establishment.

In theory, yes. In practice, probably not. Anyone who contracts COVID would be hard-pressed to actually prove that they contracted it at a specific place of business as a customer. Employees might be a different case, but even there it would be difficult to establish a pattern of transmission unless there was a whole bunch of employees at the same place who came down with COVID at the same time. They would also have to prove that they would NOT have contracted the disease if others had been "vaccinated" with a treatment that does NOT actually prevent COVID.

The other thing to keep in mind here is that the individual who does not get vaccinated is the one who is theoretically most exposed to COVID. If you aren't vaccinated, then you may have no legal standing to sue someone else if you contract the disease in a business establishment. It would sort of be like suing for damages if you drove through a red light and crash into someone else who hit you while driving through the green light.

If you wanted to take about caps on damages and loser pay now we are getting somewhere with freedom and reform.

A "loser pays" system is one thing, but how do you have caps on damages in cases involving a fatality? And you can't have caps on damages without having the government involved to establish those caps.

I don’t imagine the shots ever being ‘mandatory’ in the sense of direct punishment if not done, it’s just that there will be lots and lots of ‘incentives’ to get people to jab. Here are a few that come to mind:

1. Domestic Air Travel (forget international travel, you won’t have a choice on that and Biden has nothing to do with it)
2. Cruise Ships - they’ll have liability protection if they require jabs
3. Entry onto federal property (mask or jab)
4. Employment - If you’re a smoker, you know the routine. So, now, if you can’t prove a jab, expect to pay a bunch more for health insurance.
5. Federal laws allowing local and state governments to require jabs (or masks) as they please (don’t laugh - since we handed the Senate to the Democrats, ANYTHING is now possible, as you will soon learn).

So, people who don’t want jabs will be left alone, but they will be limited in what they can do, and if they live in a blue state, VERY LIMITED.

...and don’t blame the messenger, especially you guys who thought that nothing could be worse than leaving those pesky RINOs from Georgia in the Senate.

Congress could make a lot of this moot by passing WuFlu liability immunity for biz large and small.

But Congress refuses to do that.

Gee, I wonder why...

Agreed. Flying used to be fun, an adventure with someplace neat at the other end. Post 9/11 it became a chore. With the ridiculous mask mandates I can’t imagine it has gotten any better. Now I am quite willing to spend all day on my motorcycle, or in my car, or even in my truck pulling the camper. I am in control of my destiny, I get to set the timing. I get to enjoy the scenery. Screw flying, it is only a convenience if you are in a hurry and have long distances to cover. I’m at an age where I’d rather take my time and enjoy the journey.
