I do have to add that me and my two friends were probably the only three white guys in the Atlanta Omni Arena at the time.

Reminds me when my friend and I saw BB King in the late 80’s. It was a blast!
I saw the Impressions’ 25th Anniversary tour - Jerry Butler, Curtis Mayfield, ABC hitmaking era Impressions, and whoever was in the group at that time. And it was the same way - I was one of very few white people in the audience. But I was happy about that - so many of the really great black artists of the era had lost their audience. So to see them turn out for Jerry and the crew was beautiful.
