Judy; They are different.
Upper picture.
Look at the upper facade (or parapet wall); It is flush between the lower horizontal beam sitting on the column tops and the upper cap on the parapet, nothing sticks out, all flat white surface.
Lower picture:
In the lower picture there is proud work, faux roof joist beam ends containing a decorative square pocket in them that are situated just above the columns and under the parapet cap.
So, unless photoshop different places. (Photoshop is up to someone else to investigate!)
Judy; The 2 pictures: I also note that the windows showing above the parapet cap line up differently in the two photos.
The gap at the very top of the first photo is what stuck out to me, for some reason. I just put up a post saying it looks like there are different buildings behind the “White House” than the second photo. It may not actually be buildings showing in the gap, but then again, I’ve been staring at the computer all day long on a grueling work project, so please be lenient with me. LOL
SOMETHING sure as heck is observably different in Photo #1 than in Photo @2.
