From everything I have read in the past, this data base is missing a lot of adverse reactions- people and Dr. do not really report them. I forget the % that are reported, but I do recall be amazed at how low it was.

I know what you mean. I think I read estimates of 3% and 1%.
Then the trolls sneer that there’s no evidence that the vaccine caused it. But that of course is what the database is for. To gather episodes over the years and then someone will eventually analyze the data and start to wonder..........
In general, drug safety data is full of holes, and also false positives.
