Hubby got a $600 check in the mail, so I thought I’d get one a week later, since our deposits are usually a week apart. I never got it. So I’ll deduct that when I do the taxes this year.
Since we both have our checks direct deposited, I was surprised that he got a check in the mail-thought it would go to the checking account like the regular deposits.

I must be a clone of this guy! My first 30 years on the air and in print 72-02 I was all fishing no politics. Today its almost the reverse.

My sisters (well, one of them) had a Ouiji board. I always thought it a kind of crock of malarkey, but I never really did anything with it either. They would get together and try to find out which boy liked who and yada yada. I was maybe too young to even care about that aspect of things.
Basically, I never experienced anything good or bad with it, but I didn’t touch it but once or twice, with a skeptical mind.
As the youngest of 5, I was skeptical of everything that my older siblings did or said.
I used to travel a lot and Cracker Barrel was often my feast de jour of the day when I didn’t visit the trough,”buffet”.
Most CB’s are really good in NC,SC,GA and the rest of the SE.
Then there is Homestead, Fla. It’s the pitts. They tried to put a Cracker Barrel in the middle of little Haiti and big Cuba, it didnt work!! Food is awful, service not much better, and I even had to give up turkey day on Thursday it got so bad.
I miss traveling, just a little,not a lot.

I don’t like or dislike the Royal Family, read a lot of history on them, a lot of stuff is so far out you have to wonder if it was really true, but to do something like this is disgusting...
Every family have their problems, not all families go on OP the tonage to air their ‘dirty laundry in public’ and maybe this is why they are getting the comments they are...
but still, lets look at who they sat down with, really??? She isn’t any better than the other ‘hollywood honkies’...
My advise to Prince Harry, go back to the Royal Family you were born into, take the kids, bring them up in and how you were brought up, can’t be that bad, and tell the ‘cupcake’ to go eat......

So right you are. I have not read my bible in waay to long. But, I have friends who know it without even having to read it any more they have done so much research using it and they all agree we are living in biblical times.I think so as well.

We went to one in Baton Rouge during the FT nationals a couple years back and it was incredible and cheap as dirt. They didn’t serve alcohol which wasn’t a big deal (it was incredibly family friendly). $22 bought two big dinners with beverages. Got a couple sacks of butter mints on the way out, recalling them from Paternal great grandmothers place. Shoulda filled the bed of the truck ‘cept i’d be dead from the “sugar diabetes” as grandma on that side called it.

My mother sent me this article today. I had NO IDEA that Cuomo’s edict to prevent nursing homes from refusing Covid positive patients extended to homes for the developmentally disabled. This edict was issued April 10, 2020 and has NOT been rescinded. 552 residents in disabled housing have died so far. I am extremely upset to learn about this.
