I wanted to cook my wife a steak for supper with some onions slathered over it and pepper sauce. I went to the cupboard and saw that a few of my onions had started to sprout. We had a pot on the terrane that wasn't being used so I put them in, covered them with dirt and watered them. Will they turn into onion trees?
LOL! No, they’ll just grow a bigger onion. You can cut off the greens as you go and use them as you would Green Onions of or Chives. Double Duty! :)
