Although, to be fair, it's not what most people would consider to be a balcony. When I picture a balcony I'm thinking of a small space with maybe room for a table, chairs and a couple of house plants. Ours would be called a terrace, and we have two of them. The upper one has plenty of room for company, an electric awning for shade and still room for a few houseplants:
