It was about an election, not a virus, and regaining control over our health choice$$, and our very lives.
The scroll function of my mouse keeps having crazy spells that prevent me from doing much. Couldn’t even finish the Bloomberg article.
Of course by the time of the article Gu was already well-known and acknowledged and ‘newsworthy’. Bloomberg does occasionally run some news along with it’s propaganda...
A “flubro” could focus on Gu’s model’s success at predicting *reported deaths* which many seem to think inaccurate of the real situation.
Also. because of the nature of machine learning, now that the dynamics have changed (cases falling instead of rising) his model likely overestimates future deaths.
We’ll see.
