I'm not usually one to "read messages into" photos -- but, I do observe that the photo was post-processed (i.e., "Photoshopped").

Based on the photo's perspective and apparent lens focal length -- at that distance -- that ball would have to be the size of a softball to be as large as it appears to be.

E.G. that "ball" was added to the image... And, the background sky may well have been "PASTEd " in... (It's darker than the ambient illumination.)

As for Trump's weight, my mental images of him recently include a full set of body armor covered by a bulky overcoat. Without that added bulk, he might appear to be slimmer... (YMMV)

Anyhoo, I gladly leave "coded message" interpretation of photos to those blessed with a more active imagination than mine... '-)

I don't think they are standing on a green. They're on a tee and the 'ball' isn't a ball, it's tee marker for the white tees.

that is a tee box tee-off area. The white "ball" is a tee-off marker.

Body armor is a very thick coat. It holds more heat in then a normal coat. This is why you see cops always passing out water. I personally couldn't play a whole game of golf in a full set of body armor unless its was very cold.
