That Oxford definition is self-negating.
There’s no such thing as a right-wing ideology that supports a strong centralized government.
“Far right” OPPOSES nearly all government power.
Fascism is collectivist, which makes it leftist.
If we look at the Nazis, what, exactly, about them is “far right”?

My ideal country would allow citizens to pay taxes only for things that work.
The LA Unified School District, for example, should get no funding whatsoever.
Instead, allow low-income families to get vouchers for private schools. I’d pay for that.
California is a combination of Nazi Germany and the Paris Commune.
