UNBELIEVABLE, but check property tax now. People are leaving because of Property tax. The average property tax in cities in our county is above $65K.

The public unions sure would like to raise it more than 1%. At least for businesses to start.

If we had stayed I think our taxes would have pretty much remained the same under Prop. 13 wouldn’t they? Or did they do away with that?
