I was kind of like you Jermain. I thought smoked marijuana had sort of a sweet musky smell. I did know when as a plant it smells like skunk especially when harvesting it.

Back in the day I had friends that smoked it, but it was always kind of what you described.
I thought I knew what it smelled like, but nowadays it's very nasty and strong like a skunk. Guess that's why I didn't recognize it!
