My evening got even worse. I decided to flip around the channels and watch something new, seeing as I’m off Fox and all news.
Well, I was stopping at every channel just to give it a minute or two to see if there was anything worth tuning in to. So, I see this absolutely bizarre show and I did not know what I was watching. Wild costumes, and I wasn’t sure if it was girls, because they looked somewhat masculine. It was a drag queen show, from UK. Well, I was so taken aback that I watched for about 5 minutes. They were men, but not dressed as women. They had bizarre costumes and spoke in such a strange way.....they called each other “she” or “beotches”. I had never seen anything like that - and hopefully never see it again.
There is no way to chalk this up to anything but demon possession.
My only exposure to television the past few years (except for the occasional showing of our VHS collection to the g-grand kids) was breakrooms at places I was working.
Most of 'em were only running old (like 20 years or more old) game shows, and that mostly as background noise.
"News" programs?
Even the kids (okay, I can/will call 20 somethings kids) seem to view the best efforts of the networks much as I do.
Lame attempts that really don't rise much above really, really old cheap comic books.
Sounds like you might have found RuPaul’s Drag Race.
I caught a part of that. It was some holiday they were celebrating. I can’t remember what it was called. Sickness everywhere.
