I’m eating like a champ in the daytime.

Homemade soup with ever-changing ingredients as I continually add leftovers like- corned beef and cabbage, spaghetti and meatballs, sloppy joes, Bell pepper stuffing, jar of hot salsa, jar of Marinara sauce, and enough water to get every item combined back to a soupy consistency. All of these ingredients were added to a stock that was just my leftover soup from a previous concoction. I thought it was going to be too salty because the corned beef was so salty that it just about made the diner gag, but the volume was great enough (4 gallons) to disperse the salt and the soup turned out surprisingly delicious.

The homemade juice has plenty of ingredients. I think that I literally just had a Pavlovian reaction to the image. It conveys realistically a picture (eye candy) that signals to the brain that it must be wonderfully delicious.

The homemade juice’s ingredients:

Romaine lettuce
raddichio
celery
spinach
bananas
oranges w/ peelings
plantains
red delicious apples
honeycrisp apples
Fiji apples

I probably made 8 gallons in one fell swoop. Freezing 4 gallons at the moment.

“oranges w/ peelings”

freeper, haven’t you been told if you have Acid Reflux you should NOT eat or drink anything acidic? That includes coffee also as it is acidic.
