Hahaha I was just going to confess that when Natalie was 4 or 5 I did her whole head in little sponge rollers a couple of times. She had a head full of curls like Shirley Temple lol. It was for a couple of special occasions and it looked really cute, but the poor kid got a lousy sleep the night before lol.

No pink sponge rollers for us. This was the 60s in the South and the implication "those are for black people." But we used rigid plastic rollers with a clip-over shell.

I did this so many times with all 3 daughters.
They were like why!
All my daughters had straight hair and I just loved those sponge rollers! Ha!
