Y’all are killing me with all the talk of Mexican food! I miss it so much. I’m trying to figure out how I can make some of these recipes minus corn, chili powder, beans, tortillas, chilies and any spice with garlic or onion in it. 😂
Minus corn, Chile powder, beans, tortillas chiles, garlic, and onion LOL, LOL, I am laughing so hard BECAUSE without these ingredients it is NO LONGER Mexican food, you are so funny!!!

Most Mexican food dishes aren’t keto friendly. As for omitting all of the other ingredients....then it wouldn’t be Mexican food 😱
Do you have food allergies to these ingredients?
You could make tortillas out of cheese or pork rind crumbs.
Or make a thin cloud bread and make a tostada.
As for the onions...how many you gonna consume in one sitting? I know they have carbs, but it’s not like you’re gonna eat 3 whole onions in a sitting, like I ate 3 whole apples in one sitting. LOL
