Lots going on here. My house was “condemned” .. not exactly sure the timing, what I will do, but am sorting out options. I have NO OBJECTION to the ruling. It is difficult to even walk through the home yet alone live in it. need to sort out buyers. i have a lot of back taxes.. a 12K maintenance lean on house so will hopefully be able to attract buyer who wants land. It is an acre+ contiguous on back boundry to National park. Id like to get just enough profit for purchase of used vehicle. It is sad as before raccoons the house would have sold for 300K plus.. now looking at lot value
Odor of 8 raccoon families. Odor of mold and mildew of 8 years w/o heat/air to clear air. up to two feet of rubble in the lower level rooms .. Haven’t been upstairs for 2 years. Raccoons pulled down and emptied most boxes of my packed “to move” items.. Emptied every kitchen cupboard and pantry. Ceilings have collapsed overall..
Could obviously just walk away & let be razed but there are some items I would like to salvage ... if I can find them. Dont want to post here what or where as I know there are more than friends who can access our information.
Im doing the best I can but with no money, poor health and now just using Jenny’s vehicle when available makes it rough.
had a nice take out Mexican dinner last night from new restaurant in neighborhood. I made scratch margaritas and guac. Both good. Meal was very nice.
I am very hooked into mole.. and so my normal order is cheese enchiladas with mole..
still enjoy cooking and horticulture. Must keep things in perspective.. God is Good and I know I have a future with him.. just for now muddling through the mundane of life.
Been doing yard work here.. setting up new plant area. Hard difficult soil so doing cardboard. straw (will add much to cover) and will have the large pots house the herbs and flowers. Moving plants, rocks, landscape decor from Bad house to Jen’s condo garden area. I have large rocks that I have collected over 50 years from varios locales in USA and Panama.
Trying to follow all the news but so discouraging. HOW MUCH I WISH THE Q followers are correct but I sadly hope for the best but am a realist.. the Republic is gone No more valid elections. not being pessimistic being realistic. As scripture tells us.. evil will prevail before the end. I know other generations thought this.. Roman persecution, WW1.. WW2...and again now.
Glad I am old.. am weary and so tired of fighting for everything and anything due to those who dont understand what their mentality is doing for our good people and our good country.
