In China, totalitarianism is less than what we have here today. He was showing me some videos, amazing. Youth is more forward-looking than USA youth.

People are unable to find a plumber, welder, and other handyman job people. Now people are learning to do these jobs themselves. Elderly people will go to houses and collect packaging material so that they can be recycled. Electric scooters and cars are everywhere. Mobile phone battery chargers/renting everywhere.

I wonder if he was only allowed to see what they wanted him to see?

Regardless, I’m not packing up to move to China any time soon!

Interesting. China embraced capitalism (to gain global power) yet maintained dictatorship over freedom of speech, religion, press, etc.
I don’t want to live in China, but it seems 5his country is headed for worse.
Speaking of phones, what about their social credits? And, what about the way the they locked people in because of the virus? What about selling organs of political prisoners?

The phone chargers might be everywhere in China because it is a requirement to carry a smart phone at all times. China is a totalitarian surveillance state. Sadly the USA is moving in that direction.
