You could have done what my ex-DIL used to do, just go buy more clothes.
She liked to go to work but couldn’t bring herself to do ANY work around the home, doing laundry was beneath her but so was cooking, cleaning or anything domestic.
Wow. That’s a pretty expensive way to do things. You must be a little relieved that she’s an ex DIL.

Oh my gosh, so extravagant! At least she like to work so she could pay for them. I suppose she’s one of those people that give them to the thrift store after one wearing. Well people like me that shop there get some pretty good deals!
She sounds like my grandson’s wife. He has to wash his own clothes, cleans the house, cooks most of the meals and they have 3 kids. What is up with the women of today?
