DNI report and DHS report wasn't out yet. They could only base this on preliminary reports. I'm not buying this argument.
I personally believe what will take place is a full military court case. They will make their case. Then take that case too SCOTUS.

Which is why in my opinion we haven't heard a word good or bad from Sydney Powell's Kracken case that was heard a couple days ago. In other words the Military court is communicating with SCOTUS on whatever the next steps they take. If they can do this through conventional courts the better for all of us.

Maybe so, I do not think they will do anything unless the SC votes in favor. Since they opened the door to this case we will hear opinions, meaning all will opine. The constitution process needs to back them up.
