Which is why in my opinion we haven't heard a word good or bad from Sydney Powell's Kracken case that was heard a couple days ago. In other words the Military court is communicating with SCOTUS on whatever the next steps they take. If they can do this through conventional courts the better for all of us.

Maybe so, I do not think they will do anything unless the SC votes in favor. Since they opened the door to this case we will hear opinions, meaning all will opine. The constitution process needs to back them up.

Depends if they the military investigation and military courts find any information on some of the Supreme court justice that would implicate them in part of the racketeering
