There is always a little truth to these things.
“Chem Trails” have been used by our military in the past, mostly before
satellite radar made them less useful, to hide ground or low altitude activity
from satellites.
A clue to that was when they were so perfectly and thickly aligned as to
provide effective cover, and the same aircraft were flying repeating patterns
to place said cover.)
Other chemicals have been used for cloud seeding and experimentation.
What we all normally see every day, are simple condensation trails,
however.

The main evidence I found was some talk Johnny “Jihad” Brennan gave around 2015 at some globalist outfit (can’t remember which one) in which he proposed some kind of chemtrail stuff, I think for globull warming. And a group of mil guys who presented some ideas to Congress years before that but it never panned out.
