The main evidence I found was some talk Johnny “Jihad” Brennan gave around 2015 at some globalist outfit (can’t remember which one) in which he proposed some kind of chemtrail stuff, I think for globull warming. And a group of mil guys who presented some ideas to Congress years before that but it never panned out.

And as for the “Chem Trails” used for ground cover, they were just ordinary condensation trails, too. Only their carefully coordinated, and timed
placement was unusual. No Chemicals needed. Just proper placement
and timing to cover experimental aircraft testing at area 51, for example.
