Well put, he really does come across as our version of Hillary, someone cold as a stone. And Trump comes across as Bill Clinton, on a personal level at least - the kind of guy you’d want joining you to watch a football game and down some beers. HUGE DIFFERENCE in personalities.
Maybe in a state that is +25 Republican he could survive this, but not here in Texas, not with our nearly even split. He’s now toast, and yes, I too liked his voting record...but you can’t survive as a Republican after getting caught doing something as dumb as what he did, not in Texas at least.
Yes, that’s true...he’s toast. It’s too bad this happened now, because he has been supportive of Trump and has been willing to fight. Now his stupid actions are being used to discredit the entire GOP.
