I think every one on this thread knows that any plane that POTUS/CIC is on is designated Air force one.

The anamoly as I understand it is the difference in the treatment of the call sign. With POTUS DJT whatever plane he was on generally changed to AF1. With Biden this did not happen.

Maybe that means something and maybe it doesn’t.
It does make some people wonder why the difference though.
