Ransom; I think that they are going to get together (Conference) and discuss privately whether they want to hear these cases. If they decide to hear them they will schedule oral arguments for later in the year.

I think it will be awkard. I am sure they all know what is being said about J Roberts.
Lets hope that their interest in the constitutional aspects of the case are stronger than John Roberts animus against Linn Wood. (Or the actions we are hoping for begin very soon!)
