Garden slide:
Our target date to plant taters is Valentine’s Day. Do I need to say mine are still waiting? LOL
I am allergic to white taters but can eat red taters in moderation so usually don’t plant many. Got extra this year. Seems prudent as someone will eat the extra.
SLIDE:
I am partial to yukon gold. Last year the seed catalogs didn’t have any, so I bought 5 Lb. of organic at the local grocery. Set them in the light to green up and sprout a little. Got some good taters from that which we ate already. 😊
