I really do not know about the fencing/wire... Trump was the one who originally authorized it along with NG. So who is really in charge? That is the big question. TBD...

I read a long time ago on Acting SecDef Chris Miller’s twitter directly stating that Trump requested it, correcting others who thought Pence/someone else(Nanzi?) asked for it. So I am sure DJT requested it.

Nanzi of course is a criminally insane liar and never to be trusted. She may be claiming credit so it doesn’t look as though they are fenced IN!

And today I heard about Pence’s staff person (forget the name) on LSM giving the impression that Pence had to authorize the National Guard, because DJT wasn’t doing it.

DJT’s Press Secretary announced that POTUS was the one that sent in the Guard, IIRC that was the very next day.

And that staff person is supposed to be the one that was adamant that Pence couldn’t/shouldn’t do anything other than count the electoral votes — no sending them back to the states. SMH
