Miss Didi and All maybe someone can explain why I just get a
Forbidden 404 whenever I try to go to a Wictor link. I have checked firewalls and VPN to no avail. Could it be the ISP is blocking it??? Anyone else experiencing this?

This may be a browser issue Spitz. Some browsers do not like the "@" symbol in the url. Maybe try another browser.

I got the same 404 message on both my phone, iPad and desktop this morning.

I tried the Wictor link embedded in this post and it worked fine this time.
