I almost bought a black phone when they were first released. The website gives me an error message when I click on USA version. It was an expensive phone compared with most when it came out, I think maybe will end up like my Amazon Fire phone. That was a great little phone and Google and Amazon quit supporting and updating,.

Does that phone have to be authenticated as an Amazon device like their FireTV or tablets for use? If so, run for your life. Amazon spys like crazy on all their devices.
